The Janison Helpdesk interface allows Managers, Administrators and Technical Support Staff who use Janison products to:

  • Lodge bug reports or feature requests
  • Track the progress of jobs for yourself or your organisation
  • Subscribe to RSS feeds showing current or historical data

To use the helpdesk system you need to be registered as a customer in the database. By default the only jobs you will be able to see are those created by you.
