Helpdesk

The Janison Helpdesk interface allows Managers, Administrators and Technical Support Staff who use Janison products to:

  • Lodge bug reports or feature requests
  • Track the progress of jobs for yourself or your organisation
  • Subscribe to RSS feeds showing current or historical data

If you're an existing user, you can log in using the form to the right.

To have your username and password sent to you please enter your email address below, then press Send.
 

To use the helpdesk system you need to be registered as a customer in the database. By default the only jobs you will be able to see are those created by yourself.
